FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2017

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

  1. 1. This promotion is open to registered O2 Priority users resident in the UK aged 16 or over.
  2. O2’s Priority members can purchase up to 4 tickets online using their unique code from O2’s Priority. Tickets must be purchased in a single transaction for the same offer. One unique code per member is available, and each code may only be used once.

    3. O2’s Priority Offer (a) £25 tickets

  3. £25 tickets on Saturdays and Sundays at Alton Towers Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Legoland Windsor Resort and THORPE PARK Resort during the promotional period, when purchasing tickets online using a unique code from O2’s Priority.
  4. The Promotional Period is from Saturday 25th March – 30th April at Alton Towers Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort and THORPE PARK Resort and 25th March – 23rd April at Legoland ® Windsor Resort. Tickets will be available to purchase from 13th March.
  5. 500 tickets for each Saturday and Sunday during the promotional period, at each theme park will be granted Early Access. 250 for each day and park will be released atmidday on the 13th of March and allocated on a first come first served basis. A further 250 tickets will be made available for 25th and 26th March and 1st and 2nd April on Friday 17th March. The remaining tickets will be released on 1st April at 9am and allocated on a first come first served basis.
  6. Early Access will allow early entry into a specified area of the park and fastrack on select rides from 10am – 12 Noon on Saturday’s and Sunday’s across the promotional period
  7. Early Access includes 30 mins early access and fastrack from 10am – 12 Noon at each Theme Park location.

    a. Includes New Gruffalo River Ride, SEA LIFE Centre, The Vampire, and Childrens Zoo at Chessington World of Advenutres

    b. Includes 2 shows at the Lego 4D Adventure Cinema, Miniland and Star Wars at Legoland ® Windsor Resort

    c. Includes Cbeebies Land, Nemisis, Oblivion and Blade at Alton Towers Resort

    d. Includes full ride offering at THORPE PARK Resort,

    Fastrack option at Legoland ® Windsor Resort is limited to Atlantis Submarine Voyage, Mia’s Riding Adventure and Fairy Tale Brook.

  8. In order to benefit from Early Access, you must book your ticket online and in advance of your visit. Early Access tickets will be available to book (unless quota reached) until midnight the day before.
  9. Offer is valid on Saturday and Sundays across the promotional period including Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th March, Saturday 1st April and Sunday 2nd April, Saturday 8th April and Sunday 9th April, Saturday 15th April and Sunday 16th April, Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd, Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th April. Legoland Windsor Resort will end on 23rd April 2017.
  10. Tickets can only be used as stipulated. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable/not for resale
  11. Specific entry instructions for Early Access customers will be printed on your ticket. You must show your ticket to an O2 Angel at the designated O2 point in the Admissions area to receive your Early Access Wristband. The wristband will allow you early access to the park 30 mins before the park opens and will also be shown at each ride to benefit from fastrack from 10am – 12 Noon. Fastrack will not be extended past 12 midday.

    12. O2’s Priority Offer (b) 50% off

  12. 50% off an Adult's or Child's ticket based on full entrance gate price, as payable at of the chosen participating attraction, during the promotional period, when purchasing tickets online using a valid, unique code from O2’s Priority.
  13. The Promotional Period is from Saturday 25th March – 30th April at Alton Towers Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort and THORPE PARK Resort and 25th March – 23rd April at Legoland ® Windsor Resort. The offer applies on the follow days:

    a. for visits Monday – Friday at either Alton Towers Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort (“Chessington”), THORPE PARK Resort, the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

    b. Monday- Sunday at either Dreamworks Tours Shrek’s Adventure! London, Madame Tussauds London, The London Dungeons or SEA LIFE London Aquarium, Warwick Castle, Edinburgh or Blackpool Tower Dungeons, (“The Dungeons”), The Blackpool Tower Eye or LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Manchester, SEA LIFE Centres and Sanctuaries and Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park and Jurassic Skyline Tickets will be available to purchase from 13th March

  14. You must book online using the unique code issued to you from O2’s Priority. One unique code will be valid for one transaction of up to 4 tickets to one participating Merlin attraction only. You will be asked to enter their unique code on the attraction booking page to receive the discounted ticket price.
  15. Tickets can be purchased online on the day of visit. Please note, there is a delay of up to 2 hours for your ticket confirmation to be emailed to you after completing your online booking, you must have a valid ticket confirmation email in order to enter the attraction.
  16. O2’s Priority Offers are not available at Blackpool Tower Circus, SEA LIFE Bray. Weymouth Jurassic Skyline is now closed until 1st April 2017.
  17. Check opening dates and times before your visit on the relevant attraction website as some attractions have mid-week closures.

    18. General

  18. The O2’s Priority Offer is not valid for use in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, concession or attraction website/call centre booking. The Code has no cash value and is automatically void if sold, offered for sale or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the Code for value.
  19. The O2’s Priority Offer excludes Secondary Attractions including, but not limited to, the Castle Dungeon at Warwick Castle, LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Christmas events, LATES at The Dungeons, The Blackpool Tower Ballroom and Jungle Jims in The Blackpool Tower. O2’s Priority Offer can only be used for standard entrance tickets and cannot be used on Fastrack entrance at all Attractions. The O2’s Priority Offer is not valid for any combination tickets including, but not limited to, The Tower Ticket or The Big Ticket at The Blackpool Tower Attractions. O2’s Priority Offer does not entitle Early Ride Time.
  20. The O2’s Priority Offer is not valid for accommodation including but not limited to, the Alton Towers Hotels, Enchanted Village (Woodland Lodges, Tree Houses and Tree Top Quest), Waterpark, Spa or Golf attractions at the Alton Towers Resort, Chessington Resort Hotel, Chessington Azteca Hotel, Chessington Explorer Glamping, The Glamping Village at Warwick Castle, THORPE SHARK Hotel at THORPE PARK Resort or the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel - an additional cost applies. Please check each attraction’s website for additional costs.
  21. Adult is 12 and over at Warwick Castle. Adult is 15 and over at SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries, Madame Tussauds Blackpool, The Blackpool Tower Dungeon and The Blackpool Tower Eye. Adult is 16 and over at Shrek’s Adventure! London, Madame Tussauds London, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park, and The London and Edinburgh Dungeons. Adult is 18 and over at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester. PLEASE NOTE: No adults can enter LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester without an accompanying child.
  22. Entry is free for children under 2 years of age at Warwick Castle. Entry is free for children under 3 years of age at Shrek’s Adventure! London, LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester, The Edinburgh Dungeons, SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park, Madame Tussauds Blackpool and The Blackpool Tower Eye. Entry is free for children under 4 years of age at The London Dungeon and Madame Tussauds London.
  23. Visitors 12 years and under must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age at Warwick Castle and Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park. Visitor 14 years and under must be accompanied by a person aged 18 and over at Shrek’s Adventure! London, Madame Tussauds London, The London Dungeon and SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries (including SEA LIFE London Aquarium). Visitors 15 and under must be accompanied by a person aged 16 years or over at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester and the Edinburgh Dungeon. Visitors 15 and under must be accompanied by a person over the age of 18 at Madame Tussauds Blackpool, The Blackpool Tower Eye and The Blackpool Tower Dungeon. PLEASE NOTE: Whilst there’s no minimum age, we recommend Shrek’s Adventure! London for children aged 6-12 years old. No person aged 16 and over can enter LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester without an accompanying child.
  24. O2’s Priority Offer can only be used as stipulated. The O2’s Priority Offer is only available for O2’s Priority members and is not for resale. The O2’s Priority Promotion is only valid in the United Kingdom. Photocopies will not be accepted. Admission prices are subject to change. Offer cannot be used in-conjunction with any other offer or concession (e.g. senior citizens, family tickets), reward/loyalty program, pre-purchased tickets, Combination tickets, 2 Day Pass, Annual Pass, online tickets, Q-bot or Fastrack tickets, rail inclusive offers, on secondary ticketed events, hotel events or concerts or for Group/advance bookings.
  25. All of the Attractions reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions and removal of figures for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including over capacity.
  26. Features and/or creatures shown on the online offer are not necessarily available at every Attraction. Any images shown of Madame Tussauds depict wax figures created and owned by Madame Tussauds.
  27. Please note that some Attractions operate a chargeable car parking policy including, but not limited to, Chessington, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, THORPE PARK Resort, Alton Towers Resort and Warwick Castle.
  28. Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and/or attractions.
  29. All attraction information is subject to change; please check the attraction websites(s) below before your visit for the latest information.

  31. Entry into any participating Merlin attraction will be subject to the individual attraction’s terms and conditions of entry, which can be found on the websites listed above.
  32. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  33. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  34. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  35. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
  36. Data protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.
