What is the offer with O2 Priority?
Guests can purchase a £25 flat rate ticket to Alton Towers Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort, THORPE PARK Resort and Legoland ® Windsor Resort.
There are 500 passes per day per attraction which allow early access into the park and free fastrack from 10am to noon.
You can also purchase 50% off tickets (based on attraction walk up pricing) to all the other Merlin attractions across and at the Theme Parks on Monday – Friday. Offer valid from 25th March – 30th April
How can I get a ticket?
In order to purchase one of the O2 offers, you must be an O2 Priority Member. Select the offer on the O2 Priority App to receive a unique code. Proceed to the booking page and select the attraction you wish to visit. Complete the booking process and you will receive a print at home ticket with full instructions.
When is the offer valid?
Tickets will be available from 13th March on the O2 Priority platform, for visits between 25th March and 30th April.
What is included in the fastrack offer?
You will have unlimited, all ride (subject to availability) fastrack between 10am and 12 noon at THORPE PARK Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort and Alton Towers Resort.
Fastrack at Legoland ® Windsor Resort is limited to Atlantis Submarine Voyage, Mia’s Riding Adventure and Fairy Tale Brook.
Fastrack offer is valid from 10am – 12 noon and cannot be extended (even if you are running late)
What is the Early Ride Time?
Early Ride time will O2’s Priority Members to access to the park 30 minutes before the park opens to other guests at 10am.
What is available during Early Access?
At THORPE PARK Resort, you will be able to enjoy all rides (subject to availability) from 9.30am. At Chessington World of Adventures Resort, the New Gruffalo River Ride, Hocus Pocus Hall, The Vampire, SEA LIFE centre and Children’s Zoo will be open from 9.30am. There will be 2 exclusive showings for O2 Priority at the 4D cinema, plus Miniland and Star Wars at Legoland ®Windsor Resort and Cbeebies Land, Nemisis, Oblivion and Blade at Alton Towers Resort.
How do I get Early Access and Fastrack offer?
You must accept the offer code on the O2 Priority platform and follow the link to the booking page. Select the date you wish to visit and then £25 ticket with Early Access and Fastrack. Complete the purchase and receive your ticket confirmation – print this at home, you will need it on the day to collect your dated wristband. If the 500 quota is reached for that day, this ticket type will not be available. You can select an alternative date to check availability.
How do I enter the park early?
You will need to purchase a ticket in advance through the O2 priority platform, using your unique code. Tickets will be available for Early Access up until midnight the night before or until the 500 quota is reached. If you have purchased a ticket with Early Access and Fastrack, you will need to arrive early at your selected attraction and show your print at home ticket to an O2 Angel at the designated O2 area at admissions. You will be given a wristband to enter the parks at 9.30am and can enter through the dedicated O2 entrance. You will not be able to enter the park early or benefit from the fastrack without a dated wristband.
What if I arrive late?
Customers are advised to plan their journey carefully and arrive before 9.15am to ensure you have time to park and collect your wristband from the designated O2 area at admissions, to maximise your day and fully benefit from the early ride time. You must collect an Early Access and Fastrack wristband at admissions before entering the park.
What time will the attractions open for Early Access?
The theme parks will open for Early Access at 9.30am. The park will open to other guests at 10am. Please arrive early so you have time to park and collect your dated wristband.
How many Early Access and Fastrack passes are available?
There are 500 early access and fastrack passes available on Saturdays and Sundays only. These are subject to availability and must be selected during the booking process.
What attractions are participating in the early access and fastrack offer?
Early access and fastrack offer is limited to the Resort Theme Parks including Alton Towers Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort, THORPE PARK Resort and Legoland ®Windsor Resort
How long do I have to redeem my offer?
You can accept your unique code for the offer on the O2 Priority platform from 13th March for visits between 25th March and 30th April 2017.
Early access and fastrack passes are subject to availability and customers are advised to book these quickly to avoid disappointment.
Are there other offers available through O2 Priority?

How many tickets can I purchase with my O2 Priority code?
You can purchase up to 4 tickets in one transaction with your unique code.
Can I get purchase a ticket through O2 Priority on the day?
All Early Access and fastrack tickets will need to be purchased online and in advance. However, you will be able to purchase £25 flat rate tickets and 50% off tickets on the day. Please note that there may be a delay of up to 2 hours to receive your booking confirmation if booking on the day.
Can I book on the phone?
Unfortunately, this offer is only available online using your unique code through the O2 Priority platform.
What if I book the wrong ticket?
