What do I get with my promotional voucher?

Simply pre-book online a full priced ‘Adult’ ticket and one other person will get one free ticket to enter the same attraction on the same day, completely free of charge.

Tickets for visiting all of Merlin Entertainments’ attractions will be reduced in number to allow for social distancing measures. Guests must therefore pre-book tickets to guarantee entry.

How old do I need to be to visit the Attractions?

The age of an adult varies for each attraction. Adult is 12 and over at the Alton Towers Resort, THORPE PARK Resort, Chessington and Warwick Castle. 15 and over at SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries, Madame Tussauds Blackpool, The Blackpool Tower Dungeon, The Blackpool Tower Eye and The Blackpool Tower Circus. 16 and over at Shrek’s Adventure! London, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Madame Tussauds London, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park & Adventure Park, London, York and Edinburgh Dungeons. And 18 and over at LEGOLAND Discovery centre.

When will my voucher expire?

If you bought your multipack in 2020, this will expire on 30th September 2021, a Christmas selection box bought in 2020 will expire on 31st December 2021.

If you have bought a promotional multipack or biscuits in 2021, these vouchers will expire on 31st July 2022. For Christmas selection boxes purchased in 2021, these will expire on 31st December 2022.

When do the Attractions open and close?

Opening times vary per attraction, please check attraction websites for opening dates and times before your visit.

Are there any exclusions?

Can I share my voucher with a friend?

Yes, you can share the voucher with your friend, but remember each voucher can only be used once and will be taken in exchange for your tickets.

What steps do I need to take to make my booking?

STEP 1:

Cut out and retain the ticket voucher on your promotional pack(s).

STEP 2:

On this website, click on the logo of the attraction you wish to visit from the list below.

STEP 3:

Follow the steps to complete your booking and pay for your promotional ticket.

STEP 4:

Check your email to ensure you’ve received an e-ticket confirming your booking.

STEP 5:

On the day of your visit ensure you have your e-ticket and on pack voucher to gain entry.
